Senior Product Manager (Mira)

Mira (@mira) is a personal AI agent that acts from your messenger. The agent works inside Telegram across personal and group chats with zero setup, helping users get things done, including scheduling meetings, summarizing discussions, creating content, and coordinating plans, directly within one of the world’s largest messaging platforms.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core product experience at Mira, taking full ownership of onboarding, monetization, and agent flows. This isn't a traditional app: Mira lives inside a messenger, and the entire product experience happens through text and voice conversation. You'll be shaping how millions of users discover, activate, and stay with an AI agent — from their very first message.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle for onboarding, monetization, and agent interaction flows.
• Define and drive product strategy based on data, user research, and behavioral insights.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and growth to ship fast and iterate.
• Set success metrics and obsess over them — activation, retention, revenue.
• Translate complex user psychology into simple, delightful product decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2C, ideally consumer apps or AI products.
• Proven track record of scaling products from zero to millions of users.
• Deep love for analytics — you make decisions with data, not gut alone.
• Sharp attention to detail and high standards for product quality.
• Understanding of human psychology and what drives user behavior.
• Experience with conversational or AI-native products is a strong plus.
