Senior Product Manager (Core Track)

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We focus on delivering treatment outcomes to our patients as our north star. We are building a complete ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to make people happy and healthy. Working at MEDvidi means that you are building a commercially viable product and making a real, measurable impact on people’s lives at the same time.

As our ecosystem grows, within Core Track teams focus on the key drivers of our business: how we acquire/match patients and how we keep them in treatment.

PM in this role will own the patient’s lifecycle from the first click to their long-term recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of a product team focused on building excellent patient experience.

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, retention rate, and other growth levers.

• Work both on optimising existing flows and building completely novel product experiences that drive further growth.

• Define how each product experience should work for our patients.

• Architect the automated logic that maximizes provider utilization. Your goal is to eliminate "empty chair time" while ensuring patients are matched with the right provider in minutes, not days.

• Navigate the complex intersection of Growth vs. Regulation. You will integrate insurance billing carriers into the core funnel, understanding exactly how a change in booking logic cascades into clinical workloads and financial reconciliation.

• Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations, Support, and other internal items to understand key opportunities at eliminating manual business processes through automation.

• Build product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager.

• At least 2 years of experience working on B2C consumer products or prosumer/SMB-focused B2B SaaS; experience working as a Core/Growth PM.

• Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors.

• English level: B2+ or higher, preferably C1.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team.

• Structured approach to problem-solving – we focus on solving problems without introducing new ones instead.

• Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users).

Why join MEDvidi:

• A chance to contribute to a high-impact, product-driven company in the medical tech space.

• Clear growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

• Fully remote collaboration from any EU country under a B2B model.

• Health insurance is available after the probation period.

• Sports & wellness compensation.

• 19 paid vacation days annually.

• 4 additional wellness days each year.

• Paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.

• Thoughtful gifts for key life events.

• Personalized English lessons through Preply.
