About this role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and own outcomes at the level of business operations. This is a vertical role where progress depends on impact, not feature throughput. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact how our customers run, optimize, and scale their business processes.

It’s a fully remote role, we are hiring across European timezones.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own business processes end to end, driving measurable outcomes for a clearly defined customer segment.

• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make strong product decisions.

• Work across large amounts of context from multiple teams, quickly identifying what matters and where action is needed.

• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and maintain momentum despite ambiguity or changing priorities.

• Drive technical trade-off discussions across Engineering, Product, and Design, evaluating architectural implications and influencing decisions without needing to be a hands-on engineer.

• Identify meaningful user and behavioral signals, separating real patterns from noise and translating insights into action.

• Anticipate and address product risks before they become blockers, ensuring reliable execution against commitments.

• Think in hypotheses and measure success through observable changes in customer behavior.

• Make high-quality decisions with speed and judgment, enabling a consistent weekly cadence of product outcomes.

What you bring

Must-have

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in complex B2B SaaS companies.

• B2+ level of spoken and written English.

• Proven experience owning strategic product initiatives end to end, from building the investment case to delivering measurable outcomes, with a high level of independence and ownership.

• Comfortable co-designing solutions with engineers and designers, contributing to the shape of the solution rather than only defining the problem.

• Strong judgment in ambiguous and complex situations, with the ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment, influence decisions, and drive impact across teams.

• Fluent use of AI as a lever for personal productivity, better problem-solving, and higher-quality product decisions.
