We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our product clusters at TaxDome.

This is a discovery-heavy role with high autonomy. You won’t receive a fixed roadmap — instead, you’ll be expected to identify opportunities, validate them with customers and data, and propose quarterly product plans.

How Product Manager works at TaxDome

• Discovery first: our goal is ~60% of PM time spent on Discovery

• Continuous customer contact: PMs talk to customers every week

• Strong partnership with Design & Research (dedicated designers and researchers per cluster)

• PM = partner, not manager of engineers

• Quarterly planning, no rigid annual roadmaps

What you’ll do

• Research customer problems and product opportunities

• Conduct customer interviews and qualitative research

• Validate solutions with data, prototypes, and experiments

• Prepare initiatives for delivery together with design and engineering

• Propose and present quarterly product plans

What we expect

• 6+ years of Product Management experience

• B2B product background in an IT company (SaaS preferred)

• Strong Discovery skills and comfort with customer interviews

• Data-driven decision making

• Knowledge of business analysis practices and methodologies, gathering requirements and evaluating solutions

• Solid UX understanding and cross-functional collaboration

• High level of autonomy and ownership

• English B2-C1 (oral communication with customers is required)

It will be a plus if you:

• Worked with a product similar to ours (SaaS solutions, electronic signature, CRM, etc.);

• Worked with a product that is being promoted in a foreign market;

• Know the technical fundamentals of product development.
