The challenge

Our scanner finds vulnerabilities that no one else can. But here’s the problem: our reports are hard to understand.

Right now they’re basically code snippets. Security experts spend time deciphering them. Developers have no idea what they’re looking at. Sales can’t demo without an engineer on the call.

We need to completely rethink how users interact with scan results — from the report UX to integrations to how we explain what we found and why it matters.

Your first mission: Redesign the report experience so that:

• Security experts instantly understand the business impact

• Developers know exactly what to fix and why

• Sales can run demos on any app without technical support

This isn’t about adding features. It’s about making a powerful tool actually usable.

Where we’re going

The report redesign is just the starting point. The bigger picture: we want Oversecured to become the native security layer in every mobile development workflow. That means:

1. Fitting seamlessly into how security and dev teams actually work — CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, security dashboards. Not “another tool to check,” but something that’s just there when you need it.

2. Bridging the gap between security findings and developer action — today, security teams find issues, then struggle to get developers to fix them. We want to close that loop.

3. Building toward an AI-native future — where our platform talks directly to AI coding assistants and IDEs. Imagine: a developer writes code, and their AI assistant flags a vulnerability pattern in real time, powered by Oversecured’s engine. That’s where we’re headed.

You’ll shape the product strategy to get us there. Not just shipping features — defining what we build and why.

What you’ll do

• Own the platform product vision and roadmap (everything except the scanner engine itself)

• Run customer interviews and dig into how security teams actually work

• Prototype and test hypotheses fast — we expect you to build things, not just write specs

• Work directly with founders to prioritize what matters

• Ship improvements that measurably impact how customers use and understand our product

• Research the market: competitors, adjacent tools, workflows we should plug into

What you bring

• Strong experience in product roles at B2B SaaS or technical product companies

• Hands-on mindset — you create prototypes (Figma, no-code, AI tools), test with users, and push to ship. Not a "strategy-only" PM

• Technical or engineering background — you’ve built software before or worked very closely with developers. We’re building for developers, by people who get developers

• Experience with dev tools, CI/CD, or security products is a strong plus

• Fluent English (written and spoken) — our customers are global

• AI-native — you use AI tools daily to move faster, prototype, and analyze

• High autonomy and strategic thinking — we’ll give you direction, not a task list

• This is not a “write PRDs and hand them off” role

• This is not managing other PMs (yet)

• This is not a place for someone who needs a lot of structure
