Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to take ownership of product implementation within our B2B payments business.

Our core product is crypto processing, and we’re continuing to develop it with an ambitious product roadmap and a strong pipeline of new capabilities.

Your role starts where strategy turns into execution: you will translate strategic initiatives into well-defined product solutions and own their product implementation through to launch and post-release follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy and research into clear epics, product requirements, user flows and business logic.

• Define functional requirements, constraints, dependencies, acceptance criteria and edge cases.

• Own product decisions throughout implementation and manage scope and trade-offs when feasibility changes.

• Work closely with the Business Analyst, providing the product context required for technical specifications and reviewing the final requirements for consistency with the intended product logic.

• Facilitate the product side of grooming sessions and answer product questions throughout development.

• Prioritise work within sprints in line with strategic priorities set by the CPO.

• Collaborate closely with Compliance on regulated product features, new payment capabilities and licensing-related constraints.

• Coordinate UX/UI work with the Designer when required and review proposed flows against business logic and product requirements.

• Perform product acceptance before release.

• Follow released functionality through production, using data and feedback to identify improvements.

• Work closely with Engineering, Business Analysis and Delivery while remaining accountable for the product outcome.

Requirements

• Solid Product Management experience, ideally within B2B fintech or payments.

• Hands-on experience building payment or financial products in a regulated environment.

• Solid understanding of how payment systems and transaction flows work.

• Experience working directly with Engineering, Design and Business Analysis teams.

• Ability to independently structure ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions.

• Experience working with Compliance, Risk or Legal teams on regulated functionality.

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks or licences such as EMI/PI, MiCA/CASP, VASP, MSB or comparable regulated financial environments.

• Strong judgement around scope, prioritisation and product trade-offs.

• Advanced English, Fluent Russian
