Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s ready to take ownership, dive deep into user flows and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you’ve been leading design efforts rather than just executing someone else's vision, we should talk (:

Responsibilities

• Design mobile interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.

• Analyze and improve the current state of the production app and its versions.

• Work with UI and interface architecture.

• Design user flows and work with Customer Journey Maps (CJM).

• Maintain, develop, and synchronize the design system with the development component library.

• Validate product hypotheses.

• Conduct research, including market research and user research.

• Work with data, including analyzing A/B test results, other experiments, and quantitative data.

Requirements

• Strong visual culture and proven experience creating clean, modern designs; ideally with a design or related degree.

• Hands-on experience with Figma, modern design tools, and AI-assisted design processes.

• Solid product design skills: user research (qualitative & quantitative), data-driven decision making, metrics understanding, and user flows/CJMs.

• Proven autonomy as a Senior/Lead Product Designer: setting tasks, driving features end-to-end, and collaborating with developers.

• Experience in B2C mobile products (iOS/Android).

• Track record in multi-product environments with a focus on building and scaling high-quality products.

• Portfolio with detailed case studies (problem, approach, impact, and how success was measured) – please attach the link in the form below 🙏

• Experience with complex or creative tools, particularly in photo/video editing and AI-first features.
