We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Back Office team and help design intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions for internal users. This role will focus on simplifying complex operational workflows and improving the user experience across back-office products and tools.
The Product Designer will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle—from research and concept development to implementation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong UX and UI design skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear, user-friendly solutions.
Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools.
Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers.
Conduct user research and usability testing with internal users.
Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain consistency across products by contributing to and following the design system.
Support the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and concept development to implementation and post-launch improvements.
Review implemented solutions to ensure design quality and consistency.
Manage multiple design initiatives and priorities in a growing product environment.
5+ years in product design, at least two of them in fintech, payments, banking or complex B2B SaaS.
A portfolio with real case studies: the problem, the constraints, your decisions, and what changed after release.
Confidence with dense interfaces: tables, filters, loading and error states, empty screens, permissions.
Figma at system-author level: variables, components, auto layout, clean handoff.
Fintech literacy — KYC/AML, compliance, security, reporting — and the ability to design within those limits rather than against them.
Autonomy in a distributed team and English at B2 or above.
Experience designing back-office systems, internal tools, or complex B2B products
Experience working with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech products
Understanding of crypto-related workflows, terminology, and user needs
Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, tables, and complex workflows
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
