3commas is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the product experience across QuantPilot, our AI-powered trading platform. The role covers UX, UI, user research, and design strategy.

You need to understand trading. Whether through professional design work on trading platforms or personal trading experience, you must know what traders care about, how they make decisions, and what builds trust.

What you will own

• End-to-end product experience from signup through daily usage. Every flow, every interaction, every moment where a user stays or leaves.

• UX design: user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Simplifying complex workflows so users reach value fast.

• UI design: high-fidelity visual design, component design, and design system development.

• User research: usability testing, product data analysis, and turning insights into design decisions.

• Activation and onboarding: reducing friction in the signup-to-value flow so users hit their first meaningful moment faster.

• Managing other product designers on the team, including setting direction, reviewing work and raising the standard of design output.

• Data presentation and trust: designing how we show performance data, risk metrics, and AI-generated results in a way traders trust.

• Collaboration with product and engineering to challenge decisions and push for simpler flows.

What we are looking for

• Deep trading knowledge and experience. You have designed trading platforms professionally, or you are an active trader who understands charts, order types, risk management, and portfolio views. This is non-negotiable.

• Strong across both UX and UI, from research through to polished, pixel-perfect output.

• Demonstrate creative thinking on simplifying complex AI and data-heavy experiences for traders.

• Portfolio showing UX improvements and visual design quality. Show us problems you solved, not just screens you designed.

• Comfort in a fast-moving team where the product strategy is still being shaped.

• Proficiency in Figma and clear English communication across a distributed team.
