Responsibilities
Create and test landing pages and funnels for new product opportunities and marketing channels.
Improve existing funnels for resume creation, cover letters, and resignation letters.
Help users engage with new features, such as AI job search, to convert them into paying customers.
Lead end-to-end design projects, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.
Develop SEO pages and tools to boost growth in search engines and through AI-driven SEO.
Rapidly prototype and test design variants , incorporating user feedback and data insights to optimize solutions in real time.
Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality.
Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your designs.
Conduct user research, user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
Provide mentorship and valuable feedback for other designers.
Take ownership of the product's visual language and design system.
Qualities that we’re looking for
Proficiency in Figma.
Pixel-perfect attention to detail 🖤
Experience in communication design and strong visual skills.
Ability to transform low-quality sketches into high-fidelity prototypes.
Data-driven mindset over personal opinions.
Self-motivated, with experience in remote/async work environments.
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews.
Experience designing SaaS/B2C mass-market products.
Experience with legal or document-building oriented products.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude and A/B testing.
Bonus: Experience with front-end engineering.
Salary & Contract
Compensation: $60,000 — $84,000/year. Yearly bonus based on profit and performance.
Paid via deel.com (standard contract).
Asia/Pacific or EU timezone.
