Senior Product Analyst

Language: Russian-speaking team; Strong English required (B2)

We are looking for a Data Analyst in the Org Experience direction, who will take responsibility for all product analytics. In this role, you will become a key partner for teams, deeply diving into data, testing hypotheses, and finding insights that will underpin data-driven decisions to improve the experience and retention of organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the product metrics system for the Org Experience direction

• Set up and maintain event analytics in PostHog

• Create and maintain data dashboards

• Work with product and business teams

Professional requirements:

• Experience in product analytics for over 5 years and a deep understanding of how metrics impact business

• Advanced SQL: you not only write queries but can build reliable data dashboards from scratch and quickly find answers in data.

• Experience with Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn) as the main tool for deep analysis

• Experience with analytical platforms (Posthog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

• Written English

• Experience in A/B testing will be a big plus.
