Senior Product Analyst

GIO (https://gioapp.ai/) is an AI-powered photo studio app that helps users create professional headshots, outfit swaps, and background changes in seconds – no photographer needed. Hula (https://hulaapp.ai/) is a sibling gen-AI photo app in the same space.

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to take full ownership of analytics on GIO and Hula. You'll work hand-in-hand with our product managers, and – just as importantly – you'll take over and grow the AI-agents that our team relies on daily to move faster.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our suite of AI-agents – some are polished and just need upkeep (like our content-analysis agent), others need serious work, like automating A/B test design so analysts can spend less time on repetitive setup and more on interesting research.
• Run and analyze A/B tests end-to-end, in close partnership with product manager.
• Build and maintain data marts; keep data labeling/documentation (Avo) in good shape.
• Bring your own ideas to the table – push back on tasks that don't make sense, not just execute what's asked.
• Down the line, independently drive research initiatives to uncover new product opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst (a plus if you've worked with B2C apps before).
• Strong SQL.
• Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn).
• Deep understanding of A/B testing: hypothesis design, sample size, stopping rules.
• Genuine interest in working with AI agents – hands-on experience is a plus (writing skills/workflows for AI agents).
• Proactive, initiative-driven mindset: you go look for the answer or a workaround before waiting to be told.
• Experience with Tableau (or similar).
• Git experience is a nice-to-have (basic version control, branching, merging).
• Required languages: English, Russian.
