The Senior Performance Marketing Manager - App Growth is responsible for driving Omio's app marketing programme through scalable, data-driven user-acquisition techniques and methodologies. This role combines strategic ownership, strong vision and thought leadership to optimise app-acquisition channels, while partnering across the wider Marketing organisation to develop an end-to-end workflow that delivers growth targets.
The successful candidate has a proven track record of approaching app acquisition holistically and collaboratively. They will bring together input from partners across Marketing - including CRM, Social Media and Web-to-App - to drive top-line value. They must have meaningful hands-on experience managing web and app levers simultaneously, and understand the full web, app and web-to-app customer journey. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of app store optimisation (ASO) and its relationship to marketing growth is critical to success in this role.
Ultimately, the Senior Manager builds and continually strengthens cross-channel and cross-functional connections to maximise installs, engagement and revenue, while scaling an excellent user experience.
What you'll do
Own and define Omio's global app performance marketing strategy holistically, aligning business objectives, growth targets and customer-acquisition goals to deliver top-line business results.
Plan, execute and optimise customer-centric app-acquisition campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and other relevant networks, and troubleshoot blockers across an increasingly diverse programme mix.
Manage and allocate significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximising return on investment through continuous testing and optimisation.
Lead high-visibility projects that bridge App Marketing, Product, Technology, Data and Brand initiatives. Grow and improve app-channel streams while managing app-store visibility, conversion optimisation and brand positioning.
Act as a funnel expert, partnering closely with Product, Analytics and Engineering to improve tracking, attribution and app-funnel performance.
Develop and use a robust analytics tool stack across web and app. This includes mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer, plus strong GA4 skills to diagnose event and attribution issues across Omio's traffic ecosystem.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, including CPI, LTV and ROAS. Use A/B testing and incrementality approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Visualise cohort performance and connect analysis to action, steering efficient spend and targets across relevant user segments.
Maintain a competitive understanding of the wider web and app marketing landscape.
Bring a curious, product-management mindset: own ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution with partners in Product, Data and Engineering.
What you'll bring
5-7+ years of performance-marketing experience, with a strong focus on app marketing and user acquisition.
A proven track record of managing and scaling app-growth initiatives, with strong cross-functional expertise.
Experience balancing ASO and performance-marketing outcomes while managing significant budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of mobile measurement and attribution tools, such as AppsFlyer and Adjust, and of key KPIs including CPI, LTV and ROAS.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across teams.
A proactive, structured and ownership-driven mindset, with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
Product management experience, with concrete evidence of delivering advertising-technology products.
