Senior NLP Engineer
We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer.
Your main tasks will be:
Conduct experiments with LLMs (SFT, RLHF, Adapters, etc.) to enhance model quality and conversational capabilities.
Develop and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction (offline & online).
Optimize models for inference to ensure high efficiency, low latency, and scalability in production environments.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate NLP/LLM solutions into the product pipeline.
We expect from you:
Strong proficiency in Python, algorithms, linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods.
Extensive hands-on experience with NLP and large language models (transformers, embeddings, text generation, conversational AI).
Practical experience with modern ML frameworks: NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers.
English level B2+ for effective cross-functional communication.
(Nice to have) Experience with distributed training on multi-GPU setups, ML/AI publications, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong soft skills: results-driven mindset, passion for AI innovations, excellent communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
