Senior .NET Platform Engineer

Join B2Tech as a Senior .NET Platform Engineer to join its growing Enterprise Architecture team. The Platform Team builds shared services, libraries, and platform components used by other engineering teams across the company. Our goal is to help product teams move faster, improve system reliability, and promote strong engineering practices across the organization.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Design, build, and maintain shared backend services and libraries for other engineering teams.
• Develop scalable platform components, APIs, and integrations using C# and ASP.NET.
• Work with relational databases, document databases, key-value stores, and message brokers.
• Build cloud-native services running on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Help define and implement engineering standards, best practices, and reusable patterns across the company.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, testability, and maintainability of platform solutions.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and support the adoption of modern engineering practices.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong backend development experience with C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and shared platform components.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, code quality, observability, and reliability.
• Ability to take ownership, drive technical initiatives, and collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
