We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Analyst to join our Growth Business Analytics Team. This role is responsible for driving business growth through data by designing, evaluating, and optimizing CRM communications, promotional mechanics, loyalty programs, pricing incentives, and personalized customer experiences. The role primarily supports Food Delivery and Dark Store businesses while also contributing to the launch, setup, and analytical support of new business verticals. You will help define analytical frameworks for emerging products, validate business hypotheses, and support data-driven scaling of new verticals from early-stage experimentation to full commercialization.
Own the analytical framework for CRM, promotions, loyalty programs, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional mechanics, personalized offers, discount strategies, coupons, cashback campaigns, referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and retention programs
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across CRM, Product, and Marketing channels
Define experimentation hypotheses, success metrics, statistical methodology, and rollout strategies
Measure incrementality and causal impact of marketing and promotional activities using statistical methods and experimentation frameworks
Analyze customer behavior across the entire lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
Build customer segmentation frameworks using behavioral, transactional, demographic, and predictive signals financial modeling, scenario analysis, budget planning, and investment prioritization
Identify optimization opportunities across customer journeys to maximize conversion, retention, customer lifetime value, and overall business profitability
Analyze the performance of third-party marketing channels, affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability
Measure the incremental impact and ROI of partnership programs, co-marketing activities, and third-party customer acquisition channels
Support the launch, setup, and scaling of new business verticals by defining KPIs, analytical frameworks, experimentation strategies, performance measurement, and success criteria from day one
Provide strategic recommendations supported by data and present insights to senior stakeholders
Continuously improve experimentation methodologies, attribution models, forecasting approaches, and marketing analytics best practices
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, CRM Analytics, or a related analytical role
Strong experience analyzing CRM, loyalty programs, promotional mechanics, pricing incentives, discounts, cashback campaigns, referral programs, personalized customer journeys, and customer lifecycle management
Hands-on experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests, multivariate experiments, incrementality measurement, and causal impact analysis
Excellent SQL skills and strong Python proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, forecasting, and predictive modeling
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analytics, retention analysis, customer lifetime value (LTV), attribution, and marketing effectiveness measurement
Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimentation frameworks, causal inference, forecasting, and predictive analytics
Previous experience in E-commerce is highly preferred, as many of the analytical approaches around promotions, pricing, loyalty, CRM, customer lifecycle management, and experimentation are directly transferable to Food Delivery and Dark Store businesses
Experience working with Food Delivery, Dark Stores, RetailTech, Marketplaces, or other high-scale consumer digital businesses is considered a strong advantage
Experience working with pricing, promotional discounts, commercial optimization, and pricing strategy analytics is highly preferred
Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, contribution margin, ROI, profitability drivers, and financial business metrics is essential for this role
Experience building business cases, financial models, forecasting scenarios, budget planning, and evaluating investment efficiency across marketing, CRM, pricing, and product initiatives
Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and influence commercial decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across Product, Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and external partners
