Senior Manual QA Engineer

We're currently seeking a QA Engineer with a solid background of 5 years dedicated to the meticulous testing of web applications to ensure their reliability and functionality.

In this role you will:

  • Perform functional testing (frontends / APIs) and analyze the results.

  • Design approaches to validate AI-driven and non-deterministic outputs — output quality, consistency, and guardrails.

  • Identify defects and write clear and reproducible bug reports following team standards for defects.

  • Create and maintain test documentation based on test design techniques.

  • Get involved early and throughout the development process, from requirements and design onward, contributing actively instead of waiting for tasks to land on your plate.

  • Be a proactive voice in the team — joining discussions, asking the hard questions, and advocating for quality from the very start.

  • Verify asynchronous and event-driven flows behave reliably under realistic conditions.

  • Interact with customer support managers, product team and developers.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience testing web applications.

  • Comfortable with CLI.

  • Solid SQL expertise.

  • General understanding of software architecture.

  • General understanding of python programming language.

  • Understanding the role of QA at every stage of software development.

  • Confident use of test design practices.

  • Being vocal and proactive, positive thinking, focused on quality, attention to detail.

  • Experience working with automating tests will be a plus.
