Senior Level Designer
Responsibilities
Ownership for maps;
Drive the creative vision and execution of levels, ensuring they support gameplay, narrative, and artistic goals;
Work closely with environment artists, narrative designers, and systems designers to deliver cohesive experiences
Requirements
3+ years in level design for PC/console, with at least 1 shipped title or strong playable prototypes.
Portfolio of first-person levels showing solid combat spaces, exploration routes, and clear player flow.
Confident with engine tools (Unreal), from blockout to final, including metrics and simple scripting.
Good understanding of how AI paths, cover, sightlines, and traversal options shape encounters.
Conversational Russian and English (to communicate with team)
Enjoy designing grounded, atmospheric, interconnected environments (tunnels, corridors, ruined structures, urban layouts, layered verticality).
Bonus: experience with co-op or systemic/sandbox gameplay spaces.
