Senior Lead System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Lead System Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of System Analysts, including mentoring and competency development
• Establish, implement, and optimize system analysis processes
• Participate in the continuous delivery process, ensuring an appropriate level of technical solution elaboration across the company
• Act as a player-coach, combining hands-on analytical work with leadership responsibilities

Hands-on System Analysis

• Describe system modules, their algorithms, and interactions with other modules
• Develop architectural design documentation
• Participate in decomposition, task definition, and elaboration for development teams
• Maintain and manage technical system documentation: gather, analyze, decompose, and formalize product requirements; assess technical capabilities and constraints
• Contribute to the development of baseline architectural solutions
• Collaborate closely with development teams: understand and address current product challenges, manage expectations, and ensure alignment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of Business/System Analysts
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to plan and estimate analytical tasks, manage timelines, and align stakeholder expectations
• Experience building, implementing, and optimizing system analysis processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain a cohesive, high-performing team focused on results

Technical Expertise

• Experience working with microservices architecture
• Understanding of inter-service communication patterns and integration approaches
• Experience writing technical specifications for system integrations
• Experience documenting functionality and system architecture (UML, BPMN)
• Experience writing technical documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Requirements, etc.)
• Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage changes in code and documentation
