Senior Go Developer (Polish-speaking)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to join a long-term international project. If you enjoy building scalable backend systems, solving complex technical challenges, and working in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fully remote opportunity with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.

• Build scalable, reliable, and secure applications.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and cross-functional development teams.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).

• Solid experience designing and developing backend services and distributed systems.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture.

• Strong understanding of databases, concurrency, and performance optimization.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Ability to work independently in a remote international team.

Languages

• Polish: B2 or higher (mandatory).

• English: B2 or higher (preferred).
