We’ve forged partnerships with internationally renowned IPs (like Disney, Nickelodeon, LIFE, Sony Pictures etc.) and strive to develop games that sharpen mental well-being and deliver remarkable user experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to lead the design of cognitive puzzle experiences focused on memory, focus, pattern recognition, logic, attention and daily habit formation.
Responsibilities:

Create short-session cognitive game loops that are easy to start, satisfying to repeat, and support long-term habit formation while remaining entertainment-first
Define progression, adaptive difficulty, rewards, streaks, milestones and long-term motivation systems tailored to cognitive engagement and daily habit building
Build clear user journeys from first session to regular daily use, focused on sustainable cognitive habits
Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Art, Engineering and Analytics
Turn ideas into clear specs, flows, wireframes and balancing documentation
Use player data, telemetry and A/B tests to tune challenge, personalization, cognitive difficulty curves and retention
Keep product framing strictly entertainment/wellness-oriented, without any medical or therapeutic claims
Requirements:
Senior game design experience in mobile casual, puzzle or F2P games
Proven hands-on experience designing cognitive training, brain-training, wellness or strong habit-forming products (mobile preferred). Portfolio must clearly highlight relevant work
Deep understanding of cognitive gameplay mechanics and how to design short, rewarding sessions around attention, memory, processing speed and executive functions for casual audiences
Strong understanding of retention, progression, live ops and player motivation in the context of daily habit products
Ability to design simple but deep systems for mature/casual audiences
Experience with analytics, funnels, cohorts, A/B tests and difficulty tuning (including adaptive/personalized difficulty)
Clear documentation skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Expected Output:
Cognitive puzzle concepts grounded in wellness and cognitive training principles
Progression and personalization systems that adapt to individual engagement and performance patterns
User journey maps focused on building sustainable daily cognitive habits
Feature specs ready for implementation
Telemetry and success-metric plans (engagement, retention, habit formation, session quality)
We offer:
Opportunity to work for ZiMAD, a US company with a diverse portfolio of global free-to-play (F2P) projects with a multi-million monthly user base
Involvement in the entire product development cycle
Career growth prospects within an international company
Remote work opportunities
Flexible working schedule
Bonuses based on the achievement of KPIs and financial results of projects
