Senior Digital Designer
As a Senior Digital Designer within the Marketing Division, you are responsible for creating impactful visual experiences across digital, social, web, print, and emerging media. Sitting in a specialized design unit and working with a high degree of autonomy, you translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative solutions while ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution across campaigns, brand initiatives, product storytelling, events, and social media. Including OpenAI search trends and brand protection protocols.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
Design high-performing digital assets across websites, landing pages, banners, emails, social media, display advertising, and digital campaigns.
Translate advanced marketing requirements into innovative visual concepts that resonate with professional traders and regulators in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Act as a guardian of the Exness brand identity, ensuring all digital outputs meet rigorous visual quality standards and support the "brand protection" top priority.
Implement brand consistency across multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that every digital interaction reflects the company's ambition and world-class status.
Ensure every creative asset adheres to brand guidelines while exploring new visual directions when appropriate
Design and refine digital assets based on performance data and best practices in web design to improve user engagement and campaign KPIs.
Apply sophisticated UI principles and a "hands-on" approach to create conversion-focused designs that align with how users search, discover, and evaluate the brand.
Identify and implement improvements to the design workflow, contributing to faster decision-making and more disciplined delivery within the design team.
Lead the decomposition of complex design briefs and the creation of design templates to ensure team efficiency and high-quality creative output.
Partner as a senior creative voice with copywriters, motion designers, and media buyers from ideation to final release.
Provide expert input on how best to visualize complex market insights to ensure alignment between Market Strategists and Marketing priorities.
Adapt digital content strategies and visual placements to ensure alignment with OpenAI search optimization goals.
Collaborate with the Creative Content team to elevate differentiated storytelling through high-fidelity visual assets that perform well in AI-driven search environments.
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Professional certifications in UX/UI design or advanced Digital Advertising are an advantage.
Evidence of ongoing professional development in modern design tools and AI-driven creative workflows.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web and digital design for online marketing.
Proven track record in a senior or expert-level capacity within a global fintech, brokerage, payments, or high-scale technology environment.
Significant experience in designing for international digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of web design best practices, UI/UX principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Tilda, WordPress) and an understanding of the technical requirements for OpenAI search optimization.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, taking full ownership of complex design challenges.
Strong conceptual thinking and visualization skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Proactive approach to process-building and a "hands-on" mindset aligned with the division's 2026 operational philosophy.
Daily collaboration with design managers, lead brand designers, and cross-functional creative pods.
Regular interaction with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, effective design tasks.
