About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Database Expert / Architect with a strong focus on architecture, performance optimization, and data security. This is a consulting-driven role requiring both hands-on expertise and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize database architectures and system solutions

• Work with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server

• Perform SQL tuning, indexing, partitioning, and performance optimization

• Design data models, schemas, and normalization strategies

• Ensure security, compliance (GDPR), and auditing standards

• Advise stakeholders on database selection and architecture decisions

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience with relational databases

• Strong experience in database architecture & system design

• Hands-on expertise + consulting mindset

• Experience with authorization, encryption, auditing

• Strong knowledge of GDPR (must-have)

• Experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework, NHibernate)

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma)

• Knowledge of GxP / Data Integrity / CRA
