Senior Data Analyst

This is an evergreen role. We’re continuously building our data bench and are always open to meeting exceptional Data Analysts who want to help scale a high-growth platform. This is a cross-functional role working across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. Your mission will be to turn complex, real-world data into structured insights that directly improve performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities

• Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance

• Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks

• Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement

• Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches

• Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

• Strong SQL skills (mandatory)

• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)

• Structured, systems-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail and data quality

• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment

• Strong communication skills in English
