Senior Creative Producer

About Lóvi

Lovi is the AI personalization layer for beauty and longevity. It turns a phone's camera into an entry point to both, matching products and treatments to a person's own scans and inputs.

Already working in skincare, Lovi's scanner reads a face, then scores any product against that assessment, builds the routine around it, and brings people back to scan again to see whether it worked.

Starting from app subscriptions and now with an e-commerce model on top, Lovi has reached $18m ARR and 700,000 downloads worldwide. Extension into hair, makeup, and bodycare comes next, along with higher-LTV models coming as Lovi enters its next phase of growth.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer with deep experience in short-form video and UGC for paid acquisition. You know how to turn UGC into high-performing creatives, and you know that in beauty it's not only about aesthetics, but about metrics: Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CAC.

We've built a full-cycle in-house creative production: a strong team of creative producers, video editors, and motion designers who take creatives from idea to launch. You'll join this team and bring the experience and creative judgment that strengthen the team's work.

What you'll do

• Produce, test, and scale TikTok/Reels/Shorts/UGC creatives for paid campaigns

• Collaborate with creators and influencers: write briefs, manage production, and optimize results

• Spot emerging formats, trends, and native storytelling techniques across social platforms early

• Monitor direct and indirect competitors, as well as adjacent industries, to generate fresh creative hypotheses

• Translate metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC) into creative insights and actionable iterations

• Analyze web/app funnels and understand how creatives impact key performance indicators (conversion, ARPPU D0, LTV)

• Work closely with the UA team to make sure creatives effectively scale growth

What we expect

• 3+ years in creative production or performance marketing

• Proven track record of scaling UGC creatives on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc., with results you can walk us through

• Experience building or scaling a full-cycle in-house creative production

• Experience with B2C subscription-based products (mobile apps is a strong plus)

• Deep understanding of beauty/skincare trends and visual language

• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making

• English B2+

Why you’ll love working with us

• Full-cycle in-house production and a strong creative team already in place

• The team is flat today, and we have big growth plans, so there's real room to grow together with it

• Direct impact: your creatives → real growth and revenue

• Fully Remote

• 21 days of vacation, flexible PTO

• Budget for AI tools, research, and production support
