Senior Creative Producer

We are expanding one of our AI products and are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to take full ownership of the product’s creative direction. You will be the first Creative Producer dedicated to this project and will own the creative function end-to-end: from strategy, research, and hypothesis generation to production planning, performance analysis, and scaling winning concepts.

At the same time, you won’t be building everything from scratch. You’ll join an established creative ecosystem with existing processes, analytics, AI tools, automation, a strong team of designers supported by an experienced Production Lead, and close collaboration with producers from other products.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the creative strategy.
• Build a clear testing roadmap and creative backlog across concepts, angles, and branches.
• Manage high-volume creative production and ensure the team has enough creative capacity to support growth.
• Write clear briefs, work directly with designers, review creatives, and provide feedback.
• Analyze creative performance, identify patterns and winners, and turn data into new hypotheses and iterations.
• Scale successful concepts through strong variations while continuously testing new ideas.
• Work closely with UA, Product, Strategy, Production, and MarTech teams.
• Use AI tools hands-on for research, ideation, creative production, analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive parts of the creative process and contribute to the development of internal MarTech tools.

What we look for:

• 2+ years of experience in a performance creative environment in a product company or a high-volume performance agency.
• Experience with B2C subscription or web products.
• Proven experience working with large-scale creative production - ideally 100+ creatives per week, including variations.
• Strong track record of creative ideas and hypotheses that had a measurable impact on CPA, ROI, win rate, or other business metrics.
• Strong understanding of performance and creative analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable creative decisions.
• Experience creating and developing concepts: from research and new angles to finding winners and scaling them.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• High level of ownership and the ability to independently drive a creative direction rather than work only from predefined tasks.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

• Experience in AI, learning, or microlearning products.
