Stape is a platform for fast and seamless settlements between employers and contractors located in different countries. Interaction through the platform replaces traditional employment contracts and enables companies to pay, and individuals to receive, compensation without bureaucratic barriers in any convenient currency and payment system.

Our goal is to increase the number of leads for the Stape platform and to demonstrate public expertise in the areas of: cross-border financial transfers, settlements between legal entities and individuals, compliant tax optimization strategies in different countries, and the specifics of various payment systems.

We are looking for a content marketing manager who will independently develop, justify, and execute a detailed action plan with clear deadlines and measurable success criteria. The primary level of interaction will be with the CEO & Co-Founders.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Planning a content calendar (articles, social media, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.) based on product updates, legislative changes, and event participation.
  • Conducting interviews with the product team.
  • Analyzing the target audience and selecting formats relevant to their interests.
  • Writing texts (articles, posts, landing pages, email newsletters).
  • Assigning tasks to designers and video creators.
  • Editing and quality control of materials.
  • Optimizing content for SEO and other acquisition channels.
  • Managing publications on social media (company and founders’ LinkedIn accounts).
  • Managing the Stape blog and external blogging platforms such as VC / Habr / Medium, etc.
  • Writing articles for the company website, blogs, and media outlets.
  • Tracking KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, reach).
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of channels and formats.
  • Adjusting the strategy based on data insights.
  • Developing and maintaining a unified company tone of voice.
  • Creating content that strengthens trust in the brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in fintech, IT, banking, or other technology-driven products.
  • A proactive approach and strong initiative in idea generation.
  • Product mindset and deep product expertise.
  • Ability to explain complex financial and technological topics in simple, clear language.
  • Experience in planning content calendars aligned with business goals, product releases, legislative changes, and event participation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across various formats: articles, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, video scripts.
  • Experience working with contractors — designers, video creators, editors.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SMM, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Understanding of digital metrics: traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.
  • Experience in brand communications and tone of voice development.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with financial products, payment solutions, or banks.
  • Understanding of terminology and processes: APIs, payment gateways, acquiring, AML/KYC, SaaS, B2B2C.
  • Experience managing a corporate media outlet or blog in fintech.
  • Strong data-driven storytelling skills based on customer cases.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher — for researching international case studies and trends.
