About the Role

As a Head of content (Web) at Glam, you will lead the strategy and execution of our creative production with a sharp focus on growth metrics. Your role will combine hands-on creative work, analytics, and scaling systems to deliver thousands of ad creatives per month, optimize CAC and LTV, and improve retention through impactful content.

This is not a purely conceptual role — we’re looking for someone ready to create, analyze, scale, and automate. You’ll ensure our creative pipeline directly drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce Creatives: Develop and deliver ad creatives, video assets, and visual content for UA campaigns.

  • Analytics: Track performance of creatives, run A/B tests, analyze CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion, retention, and share actionable insights.

  • Scale Production: Build systems and processes to deliver ~1,000 creatives per month with high testing velocity.

  • Optimize Metrics: Maintain and improve benchmarks, increase LTV, and improve funnel conversion.

  • Retention & Automation: Design creatives and campaigns that enhance user retention, and implement automation tools for creative workflows.

  • Leadership: Work with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to expand production capacity and quality.

Qualifications

  1. Experience

    • 5+ years in creative/performance marketing or growth roles.

    • Strong background in producing high-performing digital/video creatives.

    • Proven experience managing CAC/LTV metrics through creative strategy.

    • Track record of scaling creative production and working with agencies.

  2. Skills

    • Hands-on ability to design and test creatives.

    • Strong analytical mindset: ability to connect creative decisions with metrics.

    • Familiarity with creative automation tools, AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Figma AI).

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  3. Nice to Have

    • Experience with retention marketing.

    • Motion design/video production background.

    • Global market experience.
