Senior Business Analyst (Payments / Fintech)

We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Payments / Fintech). Join our product team and help shape the future of our Payment Gateway platform.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business goals and product delivery by transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Stakeholders, Designers, Engineers, and QA teams in a collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Payment Gateway solutions

• Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA throughout the delivery cycle

• Create and maintain structured documentation in Jira & Confluence

• Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases

• Improve BA processes and identify workflow efficiencies

• Support backlog grooming and feature planning

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, SaaS, or product companies

• Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction flows, cards, and alternative payment methods

• Experience working in agile cross-functional product teams

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Experience with BPMN/UML, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Strong interest in growing into a Product Manager role

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment orchestration platforms

• Background in fintech or payments infrastructure

• Deliver BA documentation for a major feature

• Improve documentation standards and BA workflows

• Collaborate closely with PM, Design, Dev, and QA teams

• Contribute actively to backlog grooming and feature definition

• Help establish a scalable knowledge base for users and internal teams
