Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

We’re hiring a Senior BA to help shape our Payment Gateway platform and turn business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Gather & analyze business requirements

• Translate needs into user stories & acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with PM, Design, Engineering & QA

• Support full delivery cycle (from planning to release)

• Maintain clear documentation in Jira & Confluence

• Contribute to product knowledge base

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years Business Analyst experience

• Fintech / payments / SaaS background

• Strong analytical & structured thinking

• Experience in Agile cross-functional teams

• Ability to document complex processes clearly

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma

Nice to have:

• Payment gateways / orchestration experience

• Understanding of transaction flows, cards, APMs
