The person in this role will act as a key link between the Compliance team, analytics, product, and engineering, taking ownership of compliance-related initiatives end-to-end across the product ecosystem.

Your Role:

  • Own and drive compliance-related initiatives end-to-end: from interpreting regulatory requirements to detailed specifications and delivery, ensuring clear outcomes.

  • Coordinate stakeholders (Compliance, analytics, engineering), translate requests into clear and structured requirements, and manage dependencies across teams.

  • Work on system and process improvements driven by compliance needs, including new system implementations and enhancements.

  • Analyze and validate data across systems: identify root causes of data issues, ensure data consistency, and support fixes with engineering.

  • Collect and formalize requirements for features and system improvements within compliance projects, ensuring they are clear, unambiguous, and ready for development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently with full ownership and a delivery-oriented mindset.

  • Experience driving projects or complex tasks end-to-end.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working without direct authority and driving alignment across teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous environments.

  • Hands-on experience working with data and understanding data flows across systems.

  • Experience in business / systems / product analytics.

  • Ability to read API documentation (REST / JSON) and translate it into clear requirements.

  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in compliance / AML / risk or related projects

  • Experience with SumSub or other KYC/KYB systems

  • Experience working with compliance-related data (customer data, verification data, transaction monitoring, etc.)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.

  • 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.

  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.

  • Extensive Benefits program.

  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options.

  • Professional development and training opportunities.

  • Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on.

  • Diverse and friendly team.

  • We are open-minded to new ideas.
