Senior BI Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and support the next
phase of rapid growth across our operations.

This is not a purely technical or back-office reporting role. The successful candidate will work directly with both
internal and external stakeholders, understand the business problem behind each request, translate it into scalable
analytical solutions, and help stakeholders make faster and better decisions.

The role combines strong SQL and Power BI capabilities with commercial understanding, iGaming knowledge, client-
facing communication and a high level of ownership. We are looking for someone who can move beyond reporting
what happened and help explain why it happened, what it means and where action may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear dashboards, reports, analytical models and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Write, optimise and validate SQL queries for analysis, reporting and data reconciliation.
• Analyse client, market and product performance across key iGaming metrics and commercial drivers.
• Build cohort, retention, conversion and player-value analysis across key player lifecycle stages and segments.
• Proactively identify trends, risks, performance issues and growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business conclusions and practical recommendations.
• Present findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
• Support recurring performance reviews, management reporting and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
• Design scalable and automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work and improve data accessibility.
• Maintain clear documentation of KPI definitions, business logic, data sources and reporting requirements.
• Help maintain a consistent single source of truth for core business KPIs.
• Build and maintain validation and reconciliation checks for critical reporting.
• Investigate data discrepancies and escalate material issues when required.
• Manage multiple stakeholder priorities while maintaining quality and agreed delivery timelines.
• Take ownership of analytical requests from initial discussion through final delivery.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or a
closely related analytical role, with demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Meaningful professional experience within the iGaming industry.
• Strong practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report maintenance and performance
optimisation.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, validate and optimise analytical queries.
• Strong understanding of core iGaming metrics, including turnover, GGR, NGR, deposits, withdrawals, active players,
FTDs, bonuses, retention, conversion and player value.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating complex commercial or operational questions into clear
analytical outputs and practical recommendations.
• Experience developing business-facing dashboards and reports used to support commercial, operational and
management decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence presenting analytical findings to non-
technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving and analytical accuracy.
• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working across multiple online casino and/or sportsbook operators, brands or B2B clients.
• Broader analytical experience across areas such as casino, sportsbook, CRM, payments, VIP, acquisition, affiliates,
player lifecycle or commercial reporting.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic model design and performance optimisation.
• Experience building structured or automated data-validation and reconciliation controls for business-critical
reporting.
• Experience designing standardised reporting frameworks and reusable analytical models that can scale across
multiple clients, brands or operational units.
• Experience using automation, AI-assisted analytical tools or modern BI capabilities to improve analysis, anomaly
detection, documentation or reporting workflows.
