This role plays an important part in keeping security operations organized, efficient, and well-coordinated. As a Security Administrator, you will help ensure that critical records, schedules, training, communications, and operational processes are accurately maintained and effectively managed. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple priorities will directly support the security team and contribute to a safe, structured, and professional working environment.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus.
Maintain accurate security logs, records, reports, and other relevant security documentation.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc security reports, summaries, trackers, and management information as required.
Maintain and organize security-related documentation, records, procedures, and administrative files.
Maintain and regularly update security-related contact lists, emergency contact information, and escalation details.
Provide administrative support to the security team and assist with the coordination of day-to-day security activities for a team
Participate in preparing and maintaining staff schedules and shift rosters,
Monitor and maintain accurate records of working hours, attendance, overtime, leave, and other relevant personnel time records.
Coordinate and administer security training, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and monitoring completion of required training.
Assist with the organization of briefings, meetings, inductions, and other security-related training activities.
Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of security uniforms, equipment, and other required supplies.
Maintain appropriate records of uniforms, equipment, and issued items.
Support the preparation and distribution of security updates, briefings, notices, and other relevant communications.
Assist with the administration and coordination of security procedures, ensuring that relevant information is properly recorded and communicated.
Support the Security Lead with administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure that security-related information and documentation are handled appropriately.
Observe and learn security procedures and operational tasks under the guidance and supervision of experienced security personnel.
1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role; previous security experience is not required.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to maintain accurate records, documents, schedules, and trackers.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
Willingness to learn security procedures, systems, and operational processes.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and support a team.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
