About the Role

We're looking for experienced and motivated Seasonal Customer Support Specialists to join our team during a busy and exciting period.

In this role, you'll be the voice of Simple, supporting customers across phone, live chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

We're looking for people who are confident communicating with international customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to adapt quickly between different support channels. This is a seasonal opportunity for individuals who enjoy solving problems, take ownership of their work, and are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality customer support across phone, live chat, and email, seamlessly switching between channels based on business needs.

• Assist international customers with subscription inquiries, billing questions, account management, technical issues, and general product-related requests.

• Handle challenging customer interactions with empathy, patience, and strong de-escalation skills.

• Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

• Manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.

• Follow internal processes, policies, and quality standards while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Consistently meet performance expectations related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Adapt quickly to product updates, process changes, and coaching feedback.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1–1.5 years of recent Customer Support experience, preferably in a B2C environment.

• Hands-on experience across all three channels: phone, live chat, and email. Omnichannel experience is essential for this role.

• Experience supporting international markets, preferably US.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong de-escalation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when dealing with frustrated or demanding customers.

• Experience handling multiple conversations and working efficiently under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Attlasian, Intercom, or similar tools.

• A proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of customer issues.

• Openness to feedback, fast learning, and adaptability to changing business needs.

Reliability & Availability

As this is a seasonal position, consistent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence are essential to ensuring a great experience for both our customers and our team.

We're looking for candidates who:

• Can commit to the full duration of the seasonal agreement.

• Can reliably meet their assigned working schedule.

• Are comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.

• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and proactive communication.

• Are flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required by the agreed schedule.
