Scrum Master - Senior

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our Platform Delivery team and support several cross-functional engineering teams. This hands-on role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with a strong focus on delivery predictability, commitments, risks, and continuous improvement.

Casino Platform:

The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform is the core infrastructure operators rely on to launch, manage, and scale their online casino businesses. You'll contribute to mission-critical systems covering account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance, in an environment where reliability, scalability, and business impact matter, working with people who build solutions operators depend on.

Purpose of the role:

Your work will help teams identify blockers early, manage dependencies effectively, and build a culture of continuous improvement through clear processes, practical metrics, and regular retrospectives. This role suits someone who leads with trust, supports teams effectively, and takes a practical approach to improving Agile delivery in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support multiple engineering teams and improve their delivery effectiveness.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward self-management.

• Improve predictability, capacity planning, and commitment quality.

• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.

• Manage changing priorities while protecting team commitments.

• Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve end-to-end delivery processes.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with engineering teams.

• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.

• Experience with delivery metrics, capacity, predictability, and dependency management.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution and stakeholder management skills.

• Jira and Confluence experience.

• English – intermediate (B1); Russian – Native.
