Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.

• Customize and integrate SAP FSM with other SAP modules.

• Conduct client workshops, training, and provide ongoing support.

• - Troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal system performance.
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP FSM implementation and support.

• Strong understanding of SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.

• Experience with service management processes like scheduling and dispatching.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.

• SAP certification in FSM is a plus.

• Fluent in English (from B2).
