Sales Manager (PSP/Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role you’ll identify and secure high-value partnerships, manage large-scale deals, and drive company’s growth across Tier 1 and Tier 3 (LATAM) markets
The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech PSP, proven negotiation experience, and own Merchant’s base.
Location: Cyprus/Spain - preferable, but any country in Europe is fine if you are part of professional communities involved in payments.
Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, payments
Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, high-value deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Experience working with CRM systems
Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on results
Proactive, motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
Advanced level of English
Ability to travel and attending conferencies
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management
Drive expansion into new markets and industries through partnerships and enterprise-level deal
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas
Report regularly on partnership performance, sales pipeline, and revenue impact
Ensure all deals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
