Sales Manager (Partnerships)
We’re looking for a Sales Manager focused on partnership management - someone who can combine strong sales acumen with the ability to build and grow long-term relationships across the crypto and fintech ecosystems.
In this role, you’ll work directly with leading Web3 projects, payment providers, and ecosystem partners to identify new opportunities, expand existing collaborations, and drive joint business growth. You’ll be at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and product - helping shape how millions of users interact with digital assets globally.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with key partners in the crypto payments space.
Identify new partnership opportunities and lead them from initial contact to signed deal and ongoing account growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, marketing) to ensure smooth partner integrations and delivery.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Develop tailored commercial offers and partnership models aligned with business goals.
Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and mutual growth.
Represent Mercuryo in industry discussions, events, and partner negotiations.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales or partnership management experience, ideally in the crypto space.
Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems and how businesses interact with on/off-ramp infrastructure.
Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills - you know how to combine commercial goals with partnership value.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven pipeline management.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
