Sales Manager (Luxury Travel / Yacht Experiences)

SEARADAR is building an international yacht marketplace powered by advanced internal automation from integrations with dozens of data sources to intelligent offer matching for clients.
We operate at the intersection of travel and technology, automating routine processes and making yacht chartering simple, seamless, and inspiring for customers worldwide.

The role

We are launching a new direction: Tourism & Experiences, and we are looking for Sales Managers who don’t just sell trips, but curate emotions, stories, and unforgettable moments.

Your clients come to us online. Your task is to turn their curiosity into a journey they’ll remember for years

What you will do

• Communicate with clients via online calls and chats (WhatsApp, messengers).

• Discover client needs and create desire for yacht-based travel experiences.

• Present yacht journeys not as a product, but as a lifestyle and emotion.

• Tell engaging stories about destinations, regions, routes, and local specifics.

• Upsell additional services that elevate the experience:

  • skipper

  • hostess

  • onboard provisioning & grocery delivery

  • SUP boards and water toys

  • and other premium services

• Guide clients with care, taste, and confidence — from first message to booking confirmation.

• Build long-term relationships and deliver a level of service clients want to come back for.

  What we are looking for

  • Think outside the box. You know how to find non-obvious solutions that truly impress clients.

  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to inspire, engage, and build trust online.

  • English level B2 or higher (daily communication with international clients)
