Sales Development Representative (outbound)

What You’ll Do:
- Define and segment ICPs across Digital Health markets
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn / Email
- Personalize messaging based on segment-specific pains
- Test outbound hypotheses and messaging approaches
- Convert outbound conversations into qualified pipeline (SAL)
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve meeting quality
- Track performance based on pipeline contribution (not volume)
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in SDR / Outbound / Pipeline Generation roles in B2B IT / Product companies
- Experience with ICP segmentation and outbound positioning
- Proven ability to generate qualified meetings
- Understanding of Product / Consulting sales cycle
- Experience with Clay / Apollo / LinkedIn automation tools
- AI tools usage for research & personalization workflows
- B2+ English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Digital Health / MedTech
- Product Studio / Consulting environment background
- GTM experimentation approach
- Sprint-based outbound testing
- N8N or other agent-based workflow tools
