Ruby on Rails Developer

🛑 Interexy is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team!

We are seeking a talented and experienced developer to help us build and scale modern applications using Ruby on Rails.

❗️Must Have:

- Strong Ruby knowledge (keyword arguments, performance changes)

- Deep Rails expertise (autoloading, Zeitwerk, config changes)

- Understanding of ActiveRecord internals

- Experience with PostgreSQL

- Gem dependency debugging

- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or similar tools)

- Docker proficiency

- Basic AWS knowledge (deployment familiarity)

- English B2 level

👍 Nice to Have:

- Experience upgrading legacy Rails apps

- Monolith to microservices modernization experience

- Performance optimization skills

- Security hardening during upgrades
