About your Role
In this role, you will join the Brand & Organic Marketing function, a performance-driven and builder-minded group focused on scaling Weltrade’s presence in priority growth regions. As our Regional Social Media Manager for the Growth Markets (MENA, Pakistan), your mission is to orchestrate publishing, agency execution, influencer delivery, and reporting across markets that are still in early launch mode. Your primary challenge will be to turn global content into compliant, locally-relevant output at scale: without losing speed, brand consistency, or analytical clarity, so we can build durable awareness and engagement where it directly supports our growth goals in FX and online trading.

You Have

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in fintech, FX and online trading, or other regulated/high-scrutiny industries.

• Proven track record coordinating multi-market or multi-account social programs simultaneously (MENA and/or South Asia experience strongly valued).

• Strong written English with the ability to independently draft, edit, and localize copy for different audiences and platforms.

• Hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite and TikTok for Business, plus scheduling/publishing tools to manage multi-channel calendars.

• Practical experience working with external agencies and/or influencer partners, including briefing, reviewing deliverables, and performance follow-up.

Good to Have
- Arabic and/or Urdu language skills.
- Working knowledge of the forex/CFD industry and typical compliance constraints for financial marketing content.
- Experience managing UGC creators or influencer agencies across multiple GEOs.
