Regional PR Lead (LatAm&Spain)

We’re looking for a Regional PR Lead to own and scale communications across Spanish-speaking markets (Spain + LatAm). This is not a “press release” role, it’s a strategic position at the intersection of PR, business growth, and market positioning.

You will shape how the brand shows up in the region: from media presence and narratives to partnerships and reputation management.

You will

• Own PR strategy across Spanish-speaking markets (Spain + LatAm)

• Develop strong relationships with top-tier media, editors, and industry voices

• Build and localise narratives, adapt global press materials for your markets, not just translate, actually localise

• Pitch stories, respond to media enquiries, and keep our name in the right conversations

• Monitor coverage and flag relevant stories to the global Head of PR

• Drive consistent media coverage aligned with business goals

• Support business development through PR (events, partnerships, visibility)

• Work closely with global comms, marketing, and leadership

• Provide structure and clarity in an environment with high ambiguity and fast pace

What you bring

• Native or fluent Spanish + strong English

• 6+ years in PR, communications, or journalism, with at least 3 years covering Spanish-language markets

• Strong understanding of Spanish-speaking media landscape.

• Proven track record of delivering coverage that matters (not just volume)

• Ability to operate independently and think strategically

• Understanding of crypto, blockchain, or fintech products. You don't need to code, but you must be comfortable explaining why self-custody matters to a journalist who has never heard the term

Nice to have

• Portuguese. Bilingual candidates who cover both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese are strongly preferred.

• Background in fintech, crypto, trading, or regulated industries

• Experience launching or scaling a market from scratch

• Existing KOL network in football, crypto, or general entertainment creator space

• GMT or nearby timezone preferred
