Regional PR & Communications Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced PR and Communications professional with strong media connections in the CIS region and a talent for creating compelling brand stories. You will be responsible for developing and executing local communication strategies, acting as the “voice of the brand” in your region, and collaborating closely with the global PR and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local media, journalists, industry experts, and opinion leaders.

• Prepare, adapt, and distribute press releases and opinion articles in coordination with the global team.

• Organize interviews, participate in industry events, secure speaker placements, and execute local PR activities.

• Monitor the media landscape, identify potential reputational risks, and coordinate with the global team.

• Develop and localize media kits, Q&A documents, and other materials for media engagement.

• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on joint PR initiatives with partners and events.

• Support speaker placements according to the company’s internal A/B/S system, organizing and coordinating presentations.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in PR or strategic communications within crypto exchanges/projects.

• Strong network of local media contacts and the ability to secure high-quality media coverage independently.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Russian and English.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Prior experience in the cryptocurrency or Web3 industry is required.
