Recruitment Team Lead

Hey there! 👋 We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join a global AI-native programmatic marketing consultancy.

If you enjoy building strong teams, improving recruitment processes, and being hands-on with challenging roles, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 recruiters

• Support their growth through 1:1s, feedback, and development plans

• Improve recruitment processes and introduce new tools

• Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy

• Stay hands-on with 2–3 complex roles per quarter

What we’re looking for:

1. 5+ years of recruiting/team leadership experience

2. Experience managing 5+ people

3. Strong recruitment and process optimisation skills

4. Strategic mindset and good business understanding

5. Confident communication with senior stakeholders

6. English C1+
