AppScale Collective builds web-SaaS prosumer products with a strong focus on AI. No VC money. No corporate BS.

This role is for one product — an AI gen web product we launched two weeks ago. Already at $90k ARR and climbing.

It grows on zero ad spend. Just short videos from creator accounts — 2.7M views in the last 11 days.

We have 7 creators. We need 50 in two months. You find them.

What you’ll actually do:

→ Source creators every week — from proven marketplaces by placing job descriptions.

→ Screen them: questionnaire, the answers, the account

→ Commission the paid test video and call it

→ Sign the ones who pass. Find 8 to keep 5 — that ratio is the job, not a failure

→ Set them up and hand them over: contract, Instagram access, auto-DM, Dropbox, first brief

→ Keep the pipeline visible — who’s where, who went quiet

→ Work with Founder directly, every day

What we need from you

→ English B2+ is a must. Every creator is US-based

→ Genuinely hard-working. To sign five you talk to thirty

→ Empathy. Creators are freelancers, nobody makes them open the app

→ You’ve shot and edited short-form yourself. You won’t shoot for us, but you can’t judge a test video if you’ve never cut one

→ Claude daily, in English. Not “I tried it once”

→ Systematic. Anything you don’t track, you lose

Bonus points for influencer marketing experience and cases you can show. We love builders.

Where this goes

Entry point into influencer marketing, not a dead-end sourcing seat. You start by finding creators, then move into what actually decides it — terms, briefs, budget.

→ Need super-detailed instructions each new task to get started after 1 month of onboarding

→ Want predictable 9–5 workdays

→ Think recruiting means blasting a templated DM at a thousand accounts
