Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our team and lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on candidate communication, stays motivated even when a search takes longer than expected, and is excited about sourcing the right people to help our company grow.

Requirements

• Engage both passive and active candidates for assigned roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build clear job descriptions.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract top-tier, hard-to-reach talent in a competitive market.
• Build and nurture a long-term candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Source talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities using Boolean search and other advanced techniques.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI) to speed up sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the full interview process, gathering feedback along the way.
• Maintain consistent, clear candidate communication throughout the process — even on longer searches.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) and keep accurate, up-to-date tracking in Workable.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements, including smart use of AI tools.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and tech talent.

• 1+ year of international IT recruitment experience and a solid grasp of the global talent market.
• Track record of hiring long-term team members, not just project-based contractors.
• Strong headhunting skills and proactive outreach — not reliant on inbound applications.
• Ability to build and manage a candidate pool for future hiring needs.
• Motivated by the challenge of hard-to-fill roles — patient and persistent when searching for the right fit, not just a fast one.
• Comfortable with short, consistent daily reporting and process discipline.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) and LinkedIn Recruiter's AI features in daily recruiting work.
• Experience working with an ATS, ideally Workable.
• Excellent communicator who builds real trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
