Recruiter
We’re actively growing and are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the full hiring cycle across a variety of roles, including both IT and non-IT positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to support the company’s growth.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse roles, operates independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Challenges that await you:
Owning end-to-end recruitment: from intake meetings and sourcing to offer and closing
Managing a diverse pipeline of vacancies across IT and non-IT functions
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search
Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages
Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
Supporting and improving recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring best practices
What makes you a great fit:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience hiring for different types of roles (IT and non-IT)
Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Structured, organized, and results-driven approach to hiring
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for work in an international team
