What you'll do

• Analyze market data, spreads, volatility, liquidity, and execution quality, and derive insights from the findings

• Develop statistical, econometric models to support pricing decisions

• Identify pricing inefficiencies, arbitrage opportunities, and abnormal trading patterns

• Analyze client trading behaviour and its impact on pricing and risk

• Analyze payment and non-trading client behaviour to identify potentially fraudulent patterns

• Develop data-driven models and rules to detect payment abuse, bonus abuse, and non-trading fraud

• Investigate correlations between payment behaviour and trading behaviour

• Designing and implementing risk management systems based on identified patterns

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics

• Proficiency in Python or R, including relevant analytical libraries

• Experience working with large datasets and time-series data

• Experience with tick-level and/or order-book data is a strong advantage

• Experience in fraud analytics, payment risk, or transactional anomaly detection is a plus

• Prior experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Data Analyst, Quant Researcher, or Risk Analyst in financial markets is beneficial

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Excellent English and Russian communication skills, written and spoken
