Quality Product Analyst (AI-native)

We’re currently looking for a Quality Product Analyst who will own the quality system across our lessons and client communication. If you have a strong analytical background, use AI tools in your daily work, and have led projects or teams, we’d be happy to have you join us!

What you are going to do:

• Own the full system of quality signals across lessons and client communication: automated lesson and call reviews, engagement metrics, tutor quality signals

• Design new quality signals, test them, and improve the existing ones, including how well our automated review systems actually perform

• Test new hypotheses fast yourself using AI and automation tools, then hand the proven ones to analysts to build at scale

• Run joint projects with the Analytics team: set priorities, scope major tasks, and drive deadlines for the analysts working on quality

• Lead the manual QA team: rebuild its processes, define the skills it needs, and shape how manual and automated reviews work together

• Embed quality metrics into company-wide systems such as Tutor Rating and churn prediction, and bring them to Product and other teams

• Keep the whole quality system running at optimal cost

What we expect from you

• 2–3 years of experience after university in consulting, tech, operations, or data-heavy finance

• Experience managing projects and people

• A data-driven approach to decisions: you form a hypothesis, test it, and iterate

• Strong analytical foundation: you’re comfortable working side by side with analysts and data engineers

• AI-native mindset: you use LLMs and automation tools in your daily work, not just talk about them

• Bias to action, speed, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment

• English C1+
